In light of the National Weather Service winter storm watch through Tuesday evening, the UW Bothell/Cascadia College campus will be on remote operations on Tuesday, Dec. 20.

Exceptions: Essential staff will report to campus as usual, and remote orientation programs and student housing will be open and operational.

We will continue to monitor the conditions and will provide an update about Wednesday’s schedule tomorrow by 7 p.m.

Campus Operations on Dec. 5

Regular campus operations will continue on Monday, Dec. 5. Classes will be held and offices will be open.

真人线上娱乐 following parking areas will be available: North Garage, South Garage and West Garage. 真人线上娱乐 following parking areas will not be available: Discovery Hall and Husky Hall's upper lot, middle and upper surface lots.

真人线上娱乐 grounds and facilities crews will continue to treat all areas for safe access to buildings. Please use caution as some walkways and paths may have slush and/or ice.

As always, monitor conditions in your area and contact your professor or supervisor with any concerns.

Campus operations on Dec. 1 – updated 7:31 a.m.

Faculty with classes that begin after 11 a.m., please communicate your class plan to your students.

As always, monitor conditions in your area and contact your supervisor with any concerns.

Campus operations on Dec. 1

真人线上娱乐 core crisis team has met and based on the current winter weather advisory, the UW Bothell/Cascadia College campus will move classes and operations online until at least 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 1. 真人线上娱乐 team will reconvene in the morning and will announce by 7 a.m. if the campus will continue with remote operations or resume regular operations after 11 a.m.

真人线上娱乐s with classes that begin before 11 a.m., your faculty will make arrangements for how class will be conducted. If you have any questions, please contact your professor.

Staff are advised to work remotely and provide services virtually until 11 a.m. If you have any concerns or technology access questions, please discuss with your supervisor.

真人线上娱乐 National Weather Service forecast calls for a winter storm watch tomorrow. Snow is expected to start accumulating on the streets by 3 p.m. 真人线上娱乐 projected amount of snow accumulation is 4" to 8". 真人线上娱乐 Snohomish/King County border is expected to receive the most impact.

真人线上娱乐 safety of our campus community is paramount, so in light of this information we will suspend UW Bothell/Cascadia College campus operations at 1 p.m. tomorrow, Nov. 29. If you have classes that begin after 1 p.m., your faculty will make arrangements for how class will be conducted. If you have any questions, please contact your professor.

We understand that the forecast can be different in 12 hours and believe that this decision now will keep our community as safe as possible while also allowing ample time to plan ahead in the event the forecast plays out.

We will continue to monitor the conditions and will provide an update about Wednesday’s schedule tomorrow by 6 p.m.

Faculty with classes beginning after 1 p.m. should make arrangements now to hold them online, and staff are advised to work remotely and provide services virtually after 1 p.m. While we have learned how to shift to online work, if you have any concerns or technology access questions, please discuss with your supervisor.

We understand that the forecast can change and believe that this decision now will keep our community as safe as possible while also allowing ample time to plan ahead in the event the forecast plays out.
