Frances Lee appears on CBC’s 真人线上娱乐 Sunday Edition and KUOW’s 真人线上娱乐 Round

Continuing the conversation about dogmatic activist culture first raised in their essay, Kin Aesthetics: Excommunicate Me from the Church of Social Justice, 2nd year Master of Arts in Cultural Studies graduate student Frances Lee had two radio appearances this fall.

Lee worked with a seasoned producer and voice coach to turn their essay into a spoken word piece for CBC’s 真人线上娱乐 Sunday Edition on Sept 17.

Lee was also interviewed by Bill Radke of 真人线上娱乐 Round on local Seattle Station KUOW 94.9 on Oct 4.

Lee also published a follow-up piece to their original essay, titled Kin Aesthetics // Love, Communication, and Relationship as Responses to the Church of Social Justice, on Catalyst Wedding Co on Sept 14.
