真人线上娱乐 Writing & Communication Center (WaCC) is a dedicated team of writing consultants here to guide you through written projects and oral presentations of all kinds. Want feedback on your paper, personal statement or slide deck? We can help!

Our mission

Our mission is to help you become a stronger, more confident and more effective writer and communicator. We support UW Bothell’s campus-wide culture of writing and communication by working with students of all abilities, at any stage of the reading, writing, or presentation process.

Primary goals of the WaCC include:

• Providing direct assistance to UW Bothell students, through individual conferences, group workshops, and online support.
• Supporting faculty through individual consultation, curriculum development and collaborative teaching.
• Contributing to the scholarship on writing and communication pedagogy through programmatic research and collaboration with other educational institutions.

Diversity, equity & inclusion

We honor the myriads of diverse backgrounds and experiences students come from and aim to provide culturally responsive academic coaching that is continuously learning from the issues underrepresented students and communities’ encounter. We acknowledge there are many different ways to define and achieve student success.

Tutoring

We offer multiple types of conferences and resources to support Bothell students and faculty. All services are available to sign up for an appointment through EAB Navigate. 真人线上娱乐 WaCC is open, fully staffed and ready to support you for Winter Quarter. Appointments & drop-ins

真人线上娱乐re are several ways to make an appointment at the WaCC:

• EAB Navigate is the fastest, most effective way to schedule a writing consultation.
• 真人线上娱乐 Navigate 真人线上娱乐 app (Coming Soon)
• Asynchronous Email Feedback Service will get you written feedback inside of 72 hours.

You can also just drop-in our Zoom room any time we’re open!

Not a current UW Bothell student? Not a problem!

真人线上娱乐 Writing and Communication Center supports UW Bothell students, applicants, and alumni. UWB 真人线上娱乐s and alumni can make appointments through EAB Navigate. Folx applying to UW Bothell don’t have access to Navigate but can request an appointment by filling out this short form.

*Note: Unfortunately, we cannot support non-Bothell students including other UW campuses.
