Hipster Haze-Zeus

Hazy IPA – 6.2% ABV

Hipster Haze-Zeus is a golden Hazy IPA that is brewed with a generous blend of oats and wheat, creating that soft mouth feel and a naturally hazy body.

Large doses of Citra and Mosaic hops give it notes of citrus zest and stone fruit, with a hint of dankness. A low but firm bitterness, combined with the juicy finish makes this an easy drinking hop-forward ale!

North x Northwest

Double IPA – 8.4% ABV

North by Northwest is a big hoppy beer that goes back to our IPA roots. Clocking in at 8.7% ABV, it’s full of Chinook, Centennial and Cascade hops for bold flavors of pine, grapefruit and a hint of spice. A solid malt backbone and a bit of caramel balances out the firm bitterness of this robust, unapologetically classic Double IPA. 

PNW Pils

Pilsner – 5.4% ABV

PNW Pilsner is born out of a desire to brew a beer that represents the great Pacific Northwest. 真人线上娱乐 malt character is crisp and clean with some lingering notes of biscuit and sweet honey. We added hops from the Yakima Valley to give it a balanced bitterness and wonderful, but subtle floral notes on the palate. Refreshing and light but with enough of a presence to pair well with food and friends.

Soulshine

Wheat Ale – 5.5% ABV

Soulshine is our take on an American Wheat beer. Citrus and spice flavors from Orange Peel and Coriander are complimented by additions of Centennial and Amarillo hops from the Yakima Valley. Smooth and light, this refreshing beer goes down easy but has some layers of complexity that make it fun to drink. “It’s better than sunshine”

Kenmore Gold

Pilsner – 4.7% ABV, 18 IBU

Based on a pilsner recipe, fermented like a pale ale. Noble hop finish, with smooth malt character for balance.

Lemon Logger

Lager – 4.5% ABV, 22 IBU

Friendship Nugget 

(Irish Stout – 5%)

Friendship Nugget is a dark, rich beer with a creamy texture and roasted malt flavors, with notes of coffee and chocolate.

Raspberry Rhubarb Hard Seltzer – 6% ABV, 0 IBU

Light, crisp and flavorful. We make everything in house, including the raspberry rhubarb concentrate. All natural, no lies here. 

Corporate Independence

Blonde – 5% ABV, 20 IBU

Say goodbye to TPS reports! This light, crisp Blonde Ale is inspired by Office Space—easy-drinking and refreshing enough to make you forget about your boss (or your stapler). Perfect for those who believe every day should be a half day.

Cold Quench

Kolsch – 5.3% ABV, 18 IBU

Traditional German Ale alternative to Europe’s ubiquitous lagers. Crisp, clean, crushable light bodied ale. Fermented with traditional Kolsch yeast and brewed with old world hops.

Tapped v12

Hazy IPA – 5.5% ABV, 50 IBU

A collaboration series brewed for the Tapped locations, featuring a rotating Hop profile. This version is brewed with Citra, Azacca, Mandarina Bavaria and Krush for a veritable fruit cocktail of flavors and aromas. Notes of pineapple, mandarins, lemons, limes and cherries.

Putin Out Russian

Imperial Stout- 10% ABV, 70 IBU

Rich layers of chocolate, coffee, and toffee flavors interplay with high alcohol content for a decadent drinking experience.

Rainbow Goddess

Hazy IPA – 7.8% ABV, 50 IBU

A mildly sweet, caramel colored Hazy that tastes of apricot and ripe citrus with a huge floral and fruity nose.

Walambic

Wild Ale – 4.9% ABV

Walambic is a mix of multiple barrel aged wild ales, blended to achieve a balance of acidity and light malt with complimenting stone fruit, straw and citrus.

He’s Got Baggage

Porter – 6.3% ABV

A full bodied but silky smooth Porter that carries dark notes of chocolate and coffee. 

Inquiry

9.6% ABV

This co-ferment celebrates the enigmatic quince. An overripe, tropical aroma teases sweetness, but this sparkling blend is bone dry and perfect for peak Summer refreshment..

Reciprocal

8.7% ABV

Balanced, crisp, and quenching for a late Summer. A blend highlighted with British sweets, Kingston Black and estate Calville Blanc d’Hiver. A smooth and slightly sweet still apple wine.

Gilly’s Golden Ale

Ale – 5.3% ABV, 16 IBU

A soft malty ale perfect for springtime rides, runs, and hikes. Bready, clean, well balanced.

Claw & Order

Hazy IPA – 6.2% ABV, 31 IBU

This juicy hazy IPA is loaded with Anchovy & El Dorado Hops that bring flavors and aromas of watermelon hard candy, raspberry, and pine. 

Dalton IPA

IPA – 6.5% ABV

When starting to brew experimental beers, all you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never underestimate your hopping schedule. Expect the unexpected. Two, trying different techniques is absolutely necessary. And three, be nice. Dalton is Bodhizafa’s close cousin, but with a softer roundhouse kick of peach, orange zest, mixed berry and sweet pine notes. And it is very nice.

Tavern Beer

Lager – 4.2% ABV

An easy drinking lager brewed with malted barley from the Pacific Northwest and Simcoe hops from the Yakima Valley

Sunny Jackfruit

6.4% ABV

A sunlit daydream in a glass – apple at the wheel, jackfruit riding shotgun, and a mystery melon (or maybe an eccentric plum?) hitching a ride. Mostly dry, lightly sweet, and juicier than your average summer scandal.

Earl Grey

6.4% ABV

It’s tea time, innit?  Smooth apple, a splash of vanilla, and a bright little zing of bergamot – like your nan’s Earl Grey, but with a proper kick.  Lightly floral, a touch sweet, and dry enough to mind its manners.  Pinkies up, you posh rascal.

Pretty Berry

6.6% ABV

Like a French rosé that’s trying so hard to be elegant but mostly just ends up embarrassing itself.  Kind of like that friend that talks fancy words but can’t quite pull them off.  Tart cranberry and bold florals are there to help, but those dry tannins?  真人线上娱乐y’re just too sharp to keep quiet.  It’s pretty, it’s awkward, and way too real for the classic fairy tale ending.

Dry Cider

6.5% ABV

Apple, stone fruit with some white grape, florals, white wine & green Jolly Rancher.

Berry Pack

6.5% ABV

Berry forward in aroma, predominantly Marionberry, Blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, peach with some apple & florals.

Head Full of Dynomite

Hazy IPA – 6.8% ABV

Slightly dank and tropical forward with mango, pineapple, and papaya, followed by orange and melon with some stone fruit, florals, lemongrass, honey, pine

Central Calling IPA  

6.5% ABV, 65 IBU

A simple grain bill of 2-row and Pilsner malt allows Mosaic and Strata hops to pop in this crisp golden ale. Grapefruit and Tropical fruit flavors backed up with moderate bitterness. Enjoy this refreshing West Coast IPA. 

Double Play Lager

4.8% ABV, 20 IBU

Our signature beer for baseball season! An easy-drinking Munich-style Helles. This brew boasts light, malty flavors from German pilsner malt and a clean, refreshing finish.

Off Dry

6.5% ABV

Made from a 50/50 blend of Washington-grown apples and pears with no added sugar. Light, refreshing, with some white wine characteristics. Not too dry, not too sweet.

Peach

4.5% ABV

Made from a blend of apples and pears, and no added sugar. Well balanced fruit cider that’s not too sweet!

Pop Quiz: Tran-Kiem

Hazy IPA – 6.6% ABV and 25 IBU

Each version of Pop Quiz is dedicated to a Postdoc that we honor for the outstanding research they have done in their field.

This beer has flavors of tangelo and mango.  Like fruity pebbles inbeer form.

Boffin’s Bitter ESB

Extra Special Bitter – 6.4% ABV and 40 IBU

Brewed in Kenmore. A Boffin is an English term for a person engaged in scientific or technical research. 

This beer has flavors of dark caramel, and rum, slightly floral with toasty and earthy notes.

George’s Hefauxweizen

6.3% ABV

Banana notes and the spicy-herbal character of Hallertau.

Banana Republic

Our take on East African Banana Beer.  Aged in Bourbon Barrels for one year.

Pomant Natural

6.7% ABV

Pomegranate pet nat, cask conditioned and reminiscent of a pink champaign.

Refined, balanced, emphasizing the apple natural flavors without overwhelming sweetness while reflecting regional influences of French cider-making traditions. 

1066 Blend

6.7% ABV

Crisp, complex and effervescent concoction of true Bainbridge Island terroir; foraged and gleaned apples from the community blended with our own traditional French cider varieties. Sante aux paysans!

Cervecita Mexican Style Lager

4.8% ABV, 14 IBU

Our Mexican Lager is perfect for sunny days on the patio or the beach…preferably in flip flops. Since we can’t guarantee sunny days in Seattle, we kept this lager light and bright and irresistibly crushable, sunshine not required. Salud!

Bavarian Style Hefeweizen

5% ABV, 13 IBU

Close your eyes, take a sip and be transported to a sun-speckled biergarten in Munich. We honor tradition by brewing this beer using decoction mashing techniques and fermenting with a German yeast strain that imparts prominent banana and clove notes. 真人线上娱乐 wheat gives this beer a crisp, slightly tart, refreshing finish.

Citra Studies IPA

6.6% ABV, 68 IBU

We LOVE Citra hops! Really, who doesn’t? While we like Citra in lots of beers, we thought it was a good idea to go all out crazy with the Citra in this one. We put Citra Cryo hops and Citra Incognito in the whirlpool then we added even more Citra Cryo in the dry hop. Thought you liked Citra and couldn’t enjoy it more? Wrong! Try Citra Studies IPA. It’ll blow your mind with Citra flavor and aroma. Really. Just try it, you’ll see.

Toasted Marshmallow Porter 

6.7% ABV

Our Toasted Marshmallow is brewed with chocolate,roasted,and smoke malts. 真人线上娱乐se malts combine for a balance of sweetness that pairs well with the infused marshmallow.

Champagne Mango IPA 

11.3% ABV

This style is made like a typical IPA and after fermentation, we add mango puree and champagne yeast and let it work for an additional week.

Coconut Blonde

4.5% ABV

Say aloha to this Hawaiian inspired beer which adds a certain creaminess from the coconut’s prized white wheat.

Solar Cross

Hazy Pale Ale – 5% ABV and 48 IBU

Light and bright, hazy and low abv but packs a punch with notes of pineapple and mango.

Cervantes 

Spanish Lager – 4.3% ABV and 9.3 IBU

With a light hop aroma,  featuring noble-type hops that have a floral character.

K?lsch-style – 5.1% ABV

A bright, crisp beer inspired by the ales of K?ln, Germany.  We took the precision of this classic German style and adapted it to the American palate with PNW-grown hops, producing a beer of surprising depth and nuance for such a refreshing style. 

Pollen Bubbles

Thiolized IPA – 6.2% ABV

Researchers recently showed that bubbles can be used to pollinate flowers in an orchard!  In beer, bubbles carry the aroma of hop flowers to your senses.  Pollen Bubbles is packed with both bubbles and Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Vista hops.  We use a cutting-edge thiolized yeast to amplify their tropical fruit character.

Amber Lager – 4.7% ABV)

Celebrating the one-year anniversary of their album “Wildflower,” Brian James Was Here and Watts Brewing Company present Wildflower Amber Lager.  真人线上娱乐 inviting malt base sets the stage like a summer sunset, while Crystal hops lend a gentle floral aroma like a meadow of wildflowers pollinated by the Watts family’s bees.

72% Cab Sauv, 20% Merlot, 8% Malbec

This Bordeaux style red blend shows the approachable side of Red Mountain. 真人线上娱乐 Cabernet provides structure with flavors of black cherry, the Merlot lends notes of raspberry while adding freshness and grace, and the Malbec gives aromas of plums and provides a smooth velvety finish.

Sauvignon Blanc

76% Sauv Blanc, 24% Semillon

This wine has aromas of lemon zest and grapefruit, accompanied by flavors of fresh melon and fig. It is medium bodied and shows balanced freshness and ripeness.
