Fitness Center Hiring – Apply NOW!
We are hiring Group Fitness Instructors, Fitness Center Attendants, and 真人线上娱乐 Program Coordinator of Fitness for 2025-2026 academic year! All positions are open to currently enrolled Cascadia College and UW Bothell students. Applications open Monday, March 31 and close Wednesday, April 30.

Chair Yoga
In light of mental health awareness month, join the ARC Fitness and Cascadia College 真人线上娱乐 Accessibility Services in an Accessible yoga session for all!?Chair Yoga is a gentle practice performing exercises while seated that promotes better posture by focusing on alignment and body awareness.
Tuesday, May 6 from 3-3:35PM in the ARC Fitness Center Studio
Open to both UW Bothell & Cascadia College currently enrolled students and faculty/staff who have current memberships at ARC Fitness Center.
Register online through myarc.uwb.edu 14 days in advance or in-person 5-10 minutes before class time starts. Please make sure to check into the Fitness Front Desk before going back to the Fitness Studio to attend class.

Ballet Pilates
Find your balance in our Ballet Pilates Group Fitness class! Ballet Pilates combines the balance of Ballet dance moves with Pilates exercises to strengthen the mind and body, enhance flexibility, and improve posture.
Friday, May 2 from 5:15-6:00PM in the ARC Fitness Center Studio

Want to collaborate with Group Fitness?
We are open for collaborations with student organizations and clubs! With the expertise of our Group Fitness Instructors, you have the chance to host a fun fitness event for your community.
Areas of fitness include Yoga, Mindfulness, Indoor Cycling, Strength, and Pilates. Our Fitness team is happy to work with specific needs or accommodations, just let us know!
Contact us today! Please email us 30 days in advance of when you would like to host the event to give the ARC Fitness team enough time to plan and prepare for the event. Collaboration opportunities will be scheduled for Summer Quarter 2025 and beyond.
